Fees and payment options

Holy Family College offers families multiple ways of paying School fees. The School will provide one Annual Fee Statement issued in January of the calendar year. At that time families can make arrangements with the School to make payment of Fees. All tuition fees are based on a three-term academic year, with all parents given the option of paying:

  1. Monthly – 11 equal monthly instalments*
  2. Termly – 3 equal termly instalments*
  3. Annually – one payment at the start of the year

*This is to provide families with flexible payment options which suit their particular needs provided the instalment amounts would clear the fees owing by December of that calendar year.

On each other occasion, the School has cause to issue a notice concerning outstanding fees, an administration charge of R100 will be applied.

A full term’s notice – in writing and addressed to the Head Master – is required of intention to withdraw a child from the School.  A full term’s fee is charged for withdrawal without such notice.

Two kinds of discounts are offered:
  • A sibling discount of 5% (of the tuition fees only) for the second child and 10% (of the tuition fees only) for the third and subsequent children.
  • An early payment discount of:
    10% (of the tuition fees only) if the total annual fees are paid in full before 31 December prior to academic year;
    7.5% (of the tuition fees only) if the total annual fees are paid in full before 31 January in academic year;
    5% (of the tuition fees only) if the total annual fees are paid in full by the end of February in academic year.

No discounts apply to fees paid via cash deposit at bank or ATM deposits.
